Audubon’s mission is to conserve and restore natural ecosystems focusing on birds, other wildlife and their habitats for the benefit of humanity and the earth’s biological diversity. Audubon Missouri does this in part under the umbrella of Audubon’s Mississippi River Initiative, which aims to align science, education, and public policy efforts around conservation goals along the entire Mississippi river for the benefit of people, birds and other wildlife.
